Meet Matthew D. King, DDS

Dr. Matthew King is a native of the upstate of South Carolina and is a proud Pickens Blue Flame. He attended Clemson University for his undergraduate studies,  graduating with honors with a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After dental school, Dr. King completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency training at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.

His training provided him extensive experience in orthognathic surgery, facial trauma, wisdom teeth, as well as adult and pediatric anesthesia. Dr. King enjoys all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery but has special interests in dental implants, wisdom teeth and orthognathic surgery. When he’s not working, Dr. King enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends. He has a love for golfing, hiking and all things Clemson football.
