Your Next Consultation Could be Just a Phone Call Away...
Greenville Oral Surgery Partners understands that life is busy, and your convenience is an important part of our care. We now offer telehealth consultations for many patients*. This allows you to complete the initial consultation over the phone. No in-office visit, no leaving work, no missing school and/or extracurricular activities prior to surgery.
*Please note, not all patients and procedures are eligible for telehealth consultations. An in-office consultation may be required at our surgeon’s discretion.
Requirements for Telehealth Consults
Here are the requirements needed from the patient prior to your call:
- Completed Online Patient Registration
- Referral from your Doctor
- A panoramic x-ray taken within the year
- If your referring doctor is unable to provide this x-ray, we are able to schedule an appointment for one to be taken at one of our 4 locations.
