Meet Jill E. Gibson, DDS
Jill Gibson was born in Lakeland, Florida and raised in Chattanooga, TN. She attended Lee University for her undergraduate degree in Chemistry and then spent 6 months in Siem Reap, Cambodia teaching English before moving on to earn her DDS degree from University of Tennessee College of Dentistry.
She followed her training at University of Tennessee College of Dentistry with a one-year internship in oral surgery and then a four-year residency to complete her training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Gibson gained significant experience in all scopes of clinical practice during her residency, including wisdom teeth, pre-prosthetic surgery, and dental implants. She has also received extensive instruction on properly managing hospital procedures including trauma, benign pathology and reconstruction, as well as orthognathic surgery. Her greatest interests include wisdom teeth, implants, and corrective jaw surgery. Outside of the office, Dr. Gibson loves spending time with her large family, including multiple siblings, nieces and nephews, while staying active with crossfit and being outdoors on the water.
